Course Description:
This course is designed to help students enjoy physical education. There is a variety of new and exciting
activities that you will be doing in this course. This is not an old gym class where we just roll a baskeball
out and say play ball. You will enjoy P.E. in this class!
Course Philosopy:
After completion of this course I believe that students will want to incorporate physical activitiy in their
daily activities and hopefully it continues for the rest of their life. I want my students to learn how important it
is to be healthy.
Current Activities:
This class contains a variety of fun and cooperative activites. Some of the activities are: Ultimate, Badminton,
Volleyball, Team Handball, Sport Stacking, Dance, Aerobics, Disc Golf, Rock Climbing, Rollerblading, Weight Lifting, Tennis,
Flag Football, and Basketball.
